The Michigan Tech International Senior Design class has provided real world international sustainable engineering experiences to 136 students in many engineering disciplines, plus humanities. More than 50% of its participants are women. International Senior Design has initiated and constructed projects in Bolivia and the Dominican Republic.

Goals
1. Provide

economic and health factors, societal impact, application of appropriate

aesthetics, ethics, and environmental limitations of the developing
world
